1) Activity of the B&B - Collection of data for possible booking, stay and legal obligations.

- To fulfill the obligation set out in the "Consolidated Law on Public Security" which requires the general public to be notified to the Police Headquarters, for the purposes of public security, of customers housed in the manner established by the Ministry of the Interior. The provision of data is mandatory and does not require your consent and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to accommodate you in our facility. The data acquired for this purpose are not stored by us.

- To fulfill the "SPOT" statistics service: Puglia System for the Tourist Observatory. The survey on customer movements in hospitality establishments in accordance with the provisions of European Union Regulation No. 692/2011 is a mandatory survey carried out by the National Statistics Institute (ISTAT). ISTAT uses intermediate bodies such as the statistical offices of the Regions. The Puglia Region uses the telematic system "SPOT" from 1 January 2013, in compliance with the Regional Law n.18 / 2012 and the DGR 573/2014. The provision of data is mandatory and does not require your consent and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to accommodate you in our facility. The data acquired for this purpose are not stored by us.

2) The processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the customer's request. The processing of your personal data concerns the following processed data:

- Date and place of birth,

- City of residence,

- Phone number,

- Email address,

- We collect additional personal information during registration / check-in at our b & b, including information required by local laws.
